Bethenny Frankel Shares Adorable Anniversary Photo With Paul Bernon As The Reason For Her Exit From

It is official — Bethenny Frankel is no longer involved with The Real Housewives of New York City, and will not be returning to the reality show.

While the announcement initially prompted various rumors about the situation, it looks like the actual explanation is much simpler — there have been disputes regarding Frankel’s contract behind the scenes.

According to recent reports from Page Six, Frankel had pretty much already made the decision to quit the production at some point in the recent past, when she was informed that she would not be able to get certain conditions on her contract that she was interested in.

She was also apparently quite confident that life still offered options for her, but did not go into any detail about what she was planning to do next.

Frankel also apparently tried her luck in a negotiation about her salary, expecting the producers to agree on a significant increase in her payment.

When that did not happen, she immediately announced her decision to quit the reality TV series, and it looks like she had been thinking about that for some time before finally pulling the plug.

In a statement, the businesswoman also explained that she was going to focus on her daughter for the time being, as well as her work in philanthropy.

She also has an ongoing production partnership with Mark Burnett and seems to be doing well on the career front right now.

Frankel told Variety: “It’s time to move on and focus on my daughter, my philanthropy, and my production partnership with Mark Burnett, producing and starring in shows which represent a shift in the conversation for women.”

Frankel recently took to social media where she shared a sweet photo of Paul Bernon and wished him a happy anniversary.

She wrote: “Hopefully, she will manage to find a substitute for her position soon, because she seems to have the attention of a lot of fans right now. Having such a supportive and loving partner makes me a better person & inspires me to achieve the impossible.
